End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is between you and HMBL Labs, LLC and governs your use of the Constellation app on Apple devices. It works together with the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Constellation on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. Constellation is licensed to you, not sold.

Restrictions

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or reverse engineer Constellation or any part of it, except where the law expressly permits despite this restriction.

Subscriptions

Access to Constellation requires a subscription or lifetime purchase, billed through your Apple ID. Renewal, cancellation, trial, and refund terms are in the Terms of Service.

Apple's role

This EULA is between you and HMBL Labs only, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content.
Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for Constellation.
If Constellation fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund any purchase price; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation for Constellation.
Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app, including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, or consumer protection claims.
In the event of a third-party claim that Constellation infringes intellectual property rights, HMBL Labs, not Apple, is responsible for handling it.
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and may enforce it against you upon your acceptance.

Legal compliance

You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. government embargo or designated as a terrorist-supporting country, and that you are not on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

Not medical or mental-health advice

Constellation is a journaling tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Termination

This license ends automatically if you breach it. You can end it anytime by deleting your account and the app. Sections that by their nature should survive termination do.
