These terms are an agreement between you and HMBL Labs, LLC covering your use of the Constellation app and related services. By creating an account, you agree to them.

What Constellation is

Constellation is a morning journal: you write one page a day, the intentions in it become stars in a night sky, and in the evening you light the ones that came true. It is a paid app with no free tier; access requires an active subscription or a lifetime purchase.

Subscriptions and purchases

Constellation offers a monthly subscription ($2.99/month), an annual subscription ($19.99/year with a 7-day free trial), and a one-time lifetime purchase ($39.99). Prices are shown in the app before you buy and may vary by region.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Manage or cancel anytime in your device Settings under your Apple ID subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
If a plan includes a free trial, the unused portion is forfeited when you purchase, and the subscription bills when the trial ends unless canceled first.
The lifetime purchase unlocks Constellation permanently on your account. It is a one-time payment, not a subscription.
Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store policies; request them through Apple.

Your account

Keep your sign-in credentials to yourself and give us accurate information. You are responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time from the Observatory in the app.

Your content

Your journal pages, reflections, and stars are yours. You give us the limited license needed to store and process them so the app works — including the AI processing described in the Privacy Policy. That is the only reason we touch them.

Fair use

Do not abuse the service: no breaking in, scraping, reverse engineering, reselling access, or using Constellation to harm others. We may suspend or close accounts that do.

Not medical or mental-health advice

Constellation is a journaling tool, not therapy, counseling, or medical care. Its reflections and observation lines are generated from your own words and are not advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you are struggling, please reach out to a professional or someone you trust.

Service changes

We may update, add, or remove features, and we work to keep Constellation available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. If we ever discontinue Constellation entirely, we will give you notice and a way to retrieve your journal first.

Disclaimers and liability

Constellation is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent the law allows, HMBL Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the greater of fifty dollars or what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules.

Changes to these terms

If we make material changes, we will update the date above and tell you in the app. Continuing to use Constellation after that means you accept the new terms.
